How Overseas Buyers Ship Sensitive Cargo from China
Sensitive cargo is not a marketing label—it is a process. Chemicals, cosmetics ingredients, liquids, powders, adhesives, and many “ordinary-looking” products can trigger airline, dangerous-goods, or customs scrutiny. This guide explains how overseas buyers typically work with a verify-first forwarder such as Qiantu Logistics.
Step 1 — Identify what you are shipping
Write a plain product description and note attributes: liquid, powder, aerosol, flammable, battery-powered, cosmetic, pharmaceutical-related, etc. If unsure, say so—guessing on the airway bill creates risk.
Step 2 — Collect documents before asking for a rate
- Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for chemicals and many liquids/powders
- Clear photos of packaging and labels
- Invoice draft and packing list (weight / CBM / pieces)
- For batteries: UN number and test summary when applicable — see lithium battery shipping
Step 3 — Name destination and delivery type
Priority markets we focus content on this month: UAE, USA, and major Europe. State city/port/airport and whether you need door delivery or DDP.
Step 4 — Request verification, not a blind quote
Send details via WhatsApp +852 5446 8869 or raggsbuchalter@gmail.com. We review acceptance and channel options first. Related service page: chemical & sensitive cargo.
Step 5 — Choose mode after acceptance is clear
- Express — when carriers accept the commodity after pre-check
- Air / air DDP — trade volumes with time pressure
- Sea / sea DDP — heavier or less urgent cargo
Some goods move only on certain modes. That is a finding from review—not a sales objection.
Step 6 — Book with an honest declaration
Use accurate descriptions. Qiantu Logistics does not offer false declarations or absolute clearance promises. DDP, when offered, has a defined fee and duty scope after verification — see DDP from China to UAE, USA & Europe.
Optional: multi-supplier consolidation
If you buy from several factories in China, ask about consolidation, short-term hold, and repack before the outbound move. Feasibility is case-by-case.
